Our stay at this resort was simply fantastic! The beautiful ocean views from every room were breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The amenities were well-kept, but be prepared for a bit of walking between some areas. The food was consistently great, especially at breakfast, but I wish there were more options for dinner. Overall, it provides wonderful value for money with its serene atmosphere, although some might find the lack of nightlife a downside.
I had an amazing stay at the resort with beautiful grounds and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were luxurious and had stunning views, but the dining options could use more variety, especially for families. The location was excellent, offering great access to nearby attractions, yet the shuttle service can get busy, making it a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for relaxation and enjoying the beach.
My stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay was fantastic, with beautiful grounds and attentive staff. Olimpo at the front desk and Erika were particularly memorable, helping us feel at home. The spa facilities could use some improvements, as the steam room wasn't up to par and there were some cleanliness issues with our room at first. Overall, it was a lovely vacation despite a few hiccups.
My stay at this resort was mixed. The dining experience was exceptional with delicious food and excellent service, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gardens. However, I encountered bed bugs in my room, and there was a noticeable lack of activities and some service gaps. Overall, this is a lovely place but with significant areas for improvement.
My recent stay at the resort was a mix of great experiences and some disappointments. The hotel grounds are stunning, filled with lush gardens and appealing pools. However, my room was quite dated and not up to the standard I expected. The service was responsive, but the dining options lacked variety. It's a beautiful place to explore, but I wish they offered better accommodations for those of us who are not owners.
